Rainbow Yoga for kids
Active Rainbow specialise in Yoga, Mindful Movement, Wellbeing and Relaxation techniques for children of all ages.
We provide educational and fun yoga classes which focus in mindfulness, body awareness, spatial awareness, co-ordination, strength, emotional wellbeing, improving focus and regulating stress.
These sessions offer Yoga through interactive story telling and movement – Focusing on wellbeing and relaxation techniques for children of all ages. These sessions would provide excellent opportunities for pupils to access many areas of governments catch-up curriculum in relation to their physical and emotional health.

Healthy Living Week
Turn your school hall into a relaxing studio for the day by allowing your children to experience 30 minutes of yoga, mindfulness and games.
Our Mindful Movement workshops run throughout the day, offering each year group the opportunity to learn various techniques that will improve their wellbeing.
One to one or small group sessions
One to one or small group sessions empowers students to take control over their own work and learning, giving them the confidence to communicate their needs and receive personalised tailored attention.
We can offer a package that will enable a member of our team to join your school day and work with specific student in a creative way to enhance their learning.
Forest Bath
Being with nature is a beautiful way of being mindful.
Spending time outdoors in a quiet place, breathing in the fresh air surrounding yourself with nature. This practise invites your students to notice the natural world, calming their minds.
These sessions are for small groups.
