Gentle exercise classes can get your blood pumping and muscles working! Our classes have proven benefits, including helping you manage your weight and improving overall health and fitness.

A closed group for clients who have the condition; Multiple Sclerosis, this class is funded by the MS Society and is tailored specifically to target symptoms of MS to help with pain and reduce flare-ups/flare-up duration.
