Your mental and physical energy are so intertwined that when you do something to help one you’re automatically helping the other. Here are some effective activities to try.1
- 7 day physical activity planWe have gathered a selection of our online safe exercise sessions for you to follow in your own time. Feel free to do all or some as and when you can. If you would like further exercise sessions, please contact us direct and we will grant you free access to our online members area, where you will find over 50 pre-recorded sessions from our level 4 rehab instructors. If however, you would like to join one of our face to face classes, please go to the list of exercises and contact the relevant instructor to join a Calderdale Class.8
